Chris has more than 30 years' experience growing tech companies from start-ups to thriving technology hubs. He brings his dynamic energy and expertise in the photonic and electronic industries to Fotech. Chris has developed and brought multiple cutting-edge technologies to market and is especially skilled at guiding organisations as they evolve. As CEO of Fotech, he pushes past perceived boundaries – including the greatest frontier of digitising our cities with a billion sensors - to deliver innovative solutions for an ever-changing world.
Gary qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and has an MA in Economics with Accounting from the University of Aberdeen. He has almost three decades of experience working with leading oil & gas and technology companies carrying out acquisitions, disposals and bank funding. He spent three years in Texas, USA, in his first CFO role. Since then, he has worked with private equity-based SMEs, including the successful sale of Red Spider to Halliburton.
Susan is a senior project and operations leader with an excellent track record of building and managing global teams. She brings 20 years of experience in the specialist software and hospitality sectors to Fotech. In that time, she has worked with organisations of all sizes to manage change, deliver transformation, identify challenges, and provide solutions to increase growth, durability, and longevity. Susan has a Master Certificate in Project Management from the Schulich School of Business at the University of York, and an MSc in International Hotel Management from the University of Surrey. She speaks German and French.
Steve has more than 25 years of international experience in leading teams to develop new technologies in artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things and data management. He has worked on dynamic innovations for sectors including military and aerospace, Smart Cities, industrial automation, energy, transportation and healthcare. Committed to making a real difference in the fibre optics solutions market, Steve has a BS (Honours) in Computing for Business and IT from Northumbria University.
