On Monday afternoon, the UK’s Prime Minister Boris Johnson held his first daily briefing on coronavirus, announcing new measures to tackle Covid-19 in Britain. These measures include us all stopping non-essential contact with others and working from home wherever possible, plus self-isolating for 14 days if we or someone in our household develops a cough or temperature.
We want to reassure you that we have in place the necessary measures to ensure we continue to serve and deliver.
The essential manufacturing team continue to work in our facilities to build product under the safest possible conditions. Our suppliers are continuing to deliver what we need, and we are building up stock to be prepared for a further deterioration of conditions in the coming weeks or months.
All other staff are fully enabled to work from home, with secure access to all the applications and systems we need. We are able to hold video conferences, so we will continue to collaborate with you remotely.
Our aim is to keep the wheels turning, but we understand that things may be changing within your business, and your ways of working may be adapting, so please do keep us in the loop.
If you would like to have a chat at any point to discuss things further please do give us a call, or drop us a line.
Look after yourselves. Stay in touch, stay healthy and stay safe.
