In your role as a Technical Support Engineer, you will take ownership of customer product or service enquiries/queries by being a customer’s first point of contact. As our IT & Security Manager, you will have ownership of business IT operations and be responsible for providing specialised technical support and guidance on the systems that support our daily operations. As we begin to scale you will service and maintain an IT infrastructure that is secure, reliable, and resilient, whilst being actively involved in process reviews improving the end-user experience.
